1. Mailbox
Mailbox promises to help you fly through your email. This email app allows you to quickly swipe messages to your archive or trash. Scan an entire conversation at once with chat-like organization. You can also snooze emails until later with the tap of a button.
Mailbox is available in the App Store for iPhone and iPad. You can add up to five Gmail or Google Apps accounts to your Mailbox to enjoy a unified inbox.
2. Any.do
In as much as you don’t like to deal with emails, calendar, tasks, notes – they’re the lenses through which we focus our lives. Any.do wants to help you have a good day, every day: interesting, productive, well-balanced & fun.
With Any.do you can call, text or e-mail your contacts directly from the app. You can add tasks by voice if you are too busy to type. It integrates with Gmail and other email.
3. Buffer
Buffer takes the pain out of social sharing. Buffer shares your content at the best possible times throughout the day so that your followers and fans see your updates more often.
Buffer offers a smarter way to schedule the great content you find. Fill up your Buffer at one time in the day and Buffer ‘automagically’ posts them for you through the day.
4. FuzeBox
FuzeBox provides HD video for your conference calls. It’s a great alternative to Skype or Google Hangouts. Fuzebox promises HD video and crystal clear audio.
The app supports up to 12 HD video conference streams and 125 total participants. Remote worksers will find it most useful to stay connected for work. Fuze supports multi-party HD video conferencing on Windows, OSX, Linux, iOS and Android.
5. Pocket
Are you too busy to read all those important articles right now, save them with Pocket for later reading. The free app can be used to save articles, videos and web pages that you don’t have time to read but want to return to later.
Pocket has a great design, offline caching and an awesome compatibility across platforms and with other third-party apps. Once items are saved, you can access them at any time from your Pocket list. They are even automatically cached for offline access (videos excluded).
6. Expensify
The last thing most busy business professionals want to deal with on weekly basis is a stack of receipts and a confusing expense report form. Expensify promises expense reports that don’t suck!
The app syncs with credit cards to track purchases in real -time, pulls in electronic receipts, scans paper receipts using the iPhone camera, and produces a PDF report that can be e-mailed to those annoying guys in finance.
